Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Adult Gi
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that is the culmination of techniques that originated from kodokan judo in Japan, were later innovated in Brazil and is now practiced all over the world. It has a particular emphasis on ground fighting, positioning and submissions, but also includes wrestling and judo takedowns.
Adult No-Gi
No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu is more akin to submission wrestling, wherein the goal is much the same as traditional Gi Jiu-Jitsu, out position or submit your opponent, however you do not wear a Gi or have the belt rank system.
